Gold Dress and Over the Knee Suede Boots

I hope everyone had an awesome week! Mines was pretty good. Even though it was spring break for USC campuses, I still did a lot of classwork. I like to be somewhat ahead instead of being close to behind. Next week, I may go out of town for a mini-vacation so stay tune for that.

I found this dress for less than $15, but it ran out online so fast that I had to link similar (even more beautiful) dresses for you all. I paired this dress with my suede over the knee boots for a more "modest" look because this dress was originally really short!lol. I'm not sure what happened, but this dress was mid-thigh when I first purchased it and now the dress has stretched to right above my knee. Awh well, it's still cute to me!:)

Today's verse: "Jehovah is far from the wicked; but He hears the prayers of the righteous (Proverbs 15:29)". Stay focused on the path that Christ has you walking because as long as you try your best to live an upstanding life, great things will come your way.

Tory Burch Flats with Cream Vest Outfit

This outfit is one of my favorites. I think it's so simple, yet oh so chic. I had been wanting Tory Burch flats for the longest. About three years ago, I ordered a pair through a used online site, but since I had never worn a pair I ordered my usual size 7. They were entirely too big and I couldn't return them, so I flopped around in them everywhere I went. I even flopped in them when I studied in Germany, which was a huge mistake because I nearly sprained my ankle one evening as I was walking on the gravel back to our house. So, fast forward ,or backwards, all the way to December 2016, I ordered a size 6.5 Tory Burch flats. I fell in love with them. I'll have to do a three or four month update on these flats to let you know if they were worth it, but so far so good!;)

Today's verse: "Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand (Ephesians 6:13)".

Olive Sweater Outfit

I'm going to be completely honest! I've worn this sweater about three times last week, and yes I washed it!lol. It's so comfortable and it can be dressed up or down, but the best thing about this sweater is that it's less than $13. I originally wanted to pair this sweater with some over-sized boyfriend jeans, but I couldn't find a pair that really complimented my frame. Anyway, I decided to pair it with my less than $8 jeans, wedge booties, and my pearls!;)

I hope everyone has a great day, and is able to find time to sit and appreciate all of your blessings.
Psalms 119:7 "I will give thanks unto thee with unrighteous of heart, when I learn thy righteous".

Coral Transitional Peacoat

With spring approaching so quickly I can't help but be completely anxious for beautiful bright colored sundresses, sandals, ruffles on ruffles!lol. So, since it's not spring yet, this poppy coral peacoat will have to do. I actually found this coat at Belk for less than $20. The regular price was $99, so I think I grabbed a steal !;) It's the perfect transitional coat from winter to spring!

Today's bible verse: Romans 12:9 "Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good".
